Amble

This was one of those that some might classify as a close to spiritually uplifting experience. The enormous cheers that welcomed every mention of a song title or recognition of its intro; singing along boisterously with more than a hint of Irish brogue.

Amble On The Road
Irish folk band Amble head to North America for the biggest tour of their career yet! The three-piece from Dublin's headline run kicks off in October 2026, following their summer appearances at Lollapalooza, Newport Folk Festival, Bonnaroo and other festivals, as well as stadium support slots with Ed Sheeran. It's been a whirlwind few years for the band and the shows will be a hot ticket, so be sure to secure yours before they're gone.
The New Wave of Folk
Amble formed in 2022 with the intention of playing in pubs to get drinks for free, but barely three years after their formation they had signed to Warner Records, quit their jobs, and unexpectedly exploded in popularity with their stratospheric debut album Reverie. The album became the most successful debut from an Irish band since 2019, amassing hundreds of millions of streams and selling hundreds of thousands of tickets to their shows. Formed of Ross McNerney, Robbie Cunningham and Oisin McCaffrey, the folk trio from Dublin now have the world at their feet, having received the coveted RTE Choice Music Prize and toured with Hozier, Dermot Kennedy and Ed Sheeran.
