Having finally stepped out from her father's shadow (comedian/actor Rob Schneider), the irrepressible party animal, and country/folk singer King has taken the music scene by storm. Scoring two Grammy nominations with her hit 2015 single "Ex's & Oh's" King is a larger-than life part Amy Winehouse cum Anna Nicole Smith, with a 2016 a veritable whirlwind touring extravaganza; when not supporting the newly reunited Dixie Chicks she is touring solo, and bringing her eclectic cross-genre music and party energy right to you!
King's musical interest caught fire at the tender age of nine, when she also started listening to The Runaways and Blondie; her acting debut came alongside her father a year later in the adult comedy movie Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo. At 13 years old, King began playing guitar, self-teaching and taking inspiration from the likes of Otis Redding, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash and AC/DC.
